Went there today and just wow! Customer service was top notch. Got an electric stove. Huge selection, great prices. Owner was friendly and knowledgeable. Staff member was kind and helpful loading it in my vehicle. Brought it home, changed the cord to fit my outlet and works great.

I bought a washer, worked a few days and quit. I take responsibility for this, I didn't see my son had put food in the washer. It was replaced, worked once and quit. They say they are done with me.. fine, I tried asking them to pick up the washer and refund my money. I was hung up on. I am filing a report with BBB. My warranty is not expired. Will no longer recommend

I purchased a dryer on 11/6 not even two weeks later the dryer has an error code and isn’t drying. When I called in the guy told me to call back the next day he would come switch it out. I called back and he had googled as I did and wanted to tell me I didn’t clean out the lint catcher. He wanted to tell me everything I was doing wrong. They picked the dryer up the day before thanksgiving, Dave, said he found water in the dryer. I called the following Monday and he told me he wouldn’t call me until Wednesday because the tech hadn’t looked at it. He then tells me that we were putting soaking wet clothes In the dryer. My brother called and he began cursing him out saying we fried the dryer and we wouldn’t get shut back and fuck us. Today is Wednesday and the dryer was to be fixed and brought back by noon. Sometime this morning they dropped the dryer off in my drive way with a note saying warranty voided, water in dryer. This is unprofessional on some many levels!!! I understand the items are refurbished, but this was in called for. I want a refund! Not to mention they tore my siding up bringing the dryer in my house.

Purchased a refurbished refrigerator from Quality, and I will definitely shop here again.  The staff and delivery people were fantastic.  They not only delivered my refrigerator, but also removed my old fridge that did not work.  Great prices and very helpfull staff.
