Pavilion Properties began in 1974 with the purchase of 2-eight unit apartment buildings located near the campus of Indiana University in Bloomington Indiana. Since then Pavilion has grown as an developer of Student Housing Projects and a Manager of Student Housing Investments. Today Pavilion's portfolio includes more than 300 units in over 20 location around the campus of Indiana University.Pavilion offers great locations and high quality units to our tenants with emphasis on service.
