About Us

Paulina Bohorquez lives in Raleigh, NC where she shares a home with her husband and three children. With her fourteen years of real estate experience and ten years of business management, she walks hand-in-hand with Triangle area home buyers and sellers. A graduate of Meredith College’s Business Administration program, she specializes in making the complex process of buying and selling simple and establishing a trust-based relationship with her clients.

She successfully helped relocate over 110 families into the area and has closed over 250 transactions, including short sales and foreclosures, generating 30M+ in volume over the course of her real estate career. Regardless of her client’s budget, Paulina uses her expertise to deliver high-caliber results, giving each client personal attention strategically geared toward their individual situation.

She loves working closely with clients as they navigate their real estate transaction, and whether her clients end up moving into their dream home or selling a home they’ve loved for many years, Paulina always exceeds her clients’ expectations.

Paulina received 2nd place in The Virginia Allen Young Careerist Award as well as many Silver and Bronze Level Production Award for recognition of her real estate success. In addition, she utilized her bilingual abilities to benefit local hospitals as a volunteer translator. She started and has managed a food drive since 2013 brining in close to 3000 lbs of food.

Dedicated to serving her community, she has held leadership positions in organizations such as Women’s Power Networking, Business and Professional Women of Raleigh Chapter, and the Triangle USGBC. In 2016 she took initiative as a founding member of her BNI chapter to expand networking and business development opportunities for local small businesses.
