About Us

My name is Jaime Jeffrey, and I bring with me my 15 years of professional culinary training and experience.

With a degree in Culinary Arts and Management from the Art Institute of New York, I am a self-taught food enthusiast with years of experience as a catering chef, pastry chef, cocktail chef, and a personal chef.

I worked for and with the best! From prominent catering companies like Abigail Kirsch & Starr Catering Group to Michelin Star restaurants like Aureole and a gem like Beauty & Essex.

Cooking for me came naturally, I love to make people happy with beautifully prepared and delicious food. With my Caribbean background, I make amazing curried dishes and island specialties, but I love to cook Italian food, Asian Food, and classic French Cuisine. I’m not just talking the endless different type of pasta dishes you can make, I am talking about Short rib Ragu, and a fantastic meatball recipe you would think grandma was in the kitchen.

With a passion for food and a strong desire to prepare delicious, healthy and fresh meals, I want to bring a restaurant experience home to you.

Their is no such thing as an event too big or too small. We can do an intimate dinner for two and weddings that go all the way up to 200 guests. Give us a call and see what we can do for you.
