Facility & Construction Resource provides new building construction, building additions, commercial renovation and planning and design for Chicago, Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
History
FCR was founded by Drago Zgrabljic, whose business success chronicles from 1982 to the present. He has successfully operated Northwestern Construction Co. and Brickworks, Inc., providing building owners with solutions and years of excellent construction services. Drago understands customer needs and excels at customer service.
Initially building and construction services were the main focus. Over the years our customer needs have challenged us to add additional services. We met these challenges through growth and development of our staff and human resources. This resulted in offering a broader range of construction services which include initial concept planning and design, to complete architectural and engineering plans and specifications, namely Design-Build.
Alternatively, we offer general contracting and construction management for customers who have permit ready plans. We assist every customer in streamlining this process and provide value engineering along the way to deliver a quality product on-time and on-budget.
