About Us
In 1983, Danny Speranzo and Rick Faciane joined together to build homes for their own families. With Rick's engineering ability and Danny's construction skills, Classic Homes of Pensacola LLC was born. They started small, with their own 5 acre tract of land. As it became apparent that their skills complimented each other so well, Classic Homes of Pensacola LLC gained size and momentum.
