I use an inner process based on What Color Is Your Parachute to help you explore a career or business direction that will serve you over a lifetime - one that allows for easy transitions, expansion and is never boring. Beyond the Parachute process, I provide real resources and tools that are current and offered in a way that honors your needs. And, there are weekly assignments.

As a career coach and counselor of 30 plus years, I have specialized in supporting ADHD adults and young adults to build lasting, fully satisfying strong careers and businesses.

As a Founder of a successful children’s art franchise, KidzArt, I deeply understand how to build a company from the ground up and how to coach others to do the same. ADHD adults are creative individuals who often excel in developing the world’s most iconic products and services. Shell has helped both top executives and founders move forward in the process to identifying what is necessary to maintain and move toward even greater career satisfaction.

My approach is both reflective and process-orientated- helping clients to uncover their strongest preferences in a number of career-related areas to develop the most fulfilling career path with ease using a simple, time-tested step by step process.

Having coached and counseled over 700 clients to find clarity and happiness in their career direction has been beyond satisfying. I love what I do and transmit that joy, support and commitment that most often leads to a growing ability to make wise choices with confidence.
