pr.business’s Money Back Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions («Money Back Guarantee Terms»):

Eligibility Requirements — In order to be eligible for a refund in connection with the Money Back Guarantee:
- You must update the following information on your Business Profile Page («BPP») within 30 days from the date you purchase your service plan:
(1) business address, (2) hours of operation, (3) phone number, (4) business description (no less than 50 characters),
(5) upload at least three photos with title and/or caption, and (6) post a video; and
- You must solicit or generate at least ten unique and genuine reviews on your BPP from different reviewers every
30 days for a consecutive 90 days for a total of thirty reviews after 90 days; and
- You must be a business account in good standing for 90 days from the date of your purchase.

Refund Request Timeframe — All refund requests must be made by you no earlier than 90 days after you purchase your service plan,
but in no event any later than 120 days after you purchase your service plan («Submission Deadline»).

Refund Request Process — All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line
«Money Back Guarantee» and contain all of the following information: (1) full business name, (2) contact phone number,
(3) email, (4) date of purchase and (5) service plan purchased by you. All refund requests must be received before the Submission Deadline.
- PR Verification — Upon receipt of your refund request and before issuing a refund, pr.business will verify your BPP ranking using an
industry-recognized rank tracker that queries your «business name» in your city. If your BPP does not rank on the 1st page of Google when we
search your «business name» in your city, you have satisfied the Eligibility Requirements above, and you submitted your refund request before the
Submission Deadline, then pr.business will issue you a refund within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
These Money Back Guarantee Terms, and your use of the website, are subject to pr.business’s
Terms of Use and Services Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Use and/or the Services Agreement and these Money Back Guarantee Terms, these Money Back Guarantee Terms shall prevail.
